Learn how to make chicken masala

Chicken masala is a very basic and simple recipe that you can easily make at home. You can also eat chicken masala with boiled rice, roti, naan or parantha.
Ingredients of Chicken Masala
- 1 kg (grilled, sliced) chicken
- 2 small spoonfuls (grated with garlic)
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 cups onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons cream
How to make Chicken Masala
- Take the pan and Heat it and add cumin.
- When it starts crackling, add onion mixture and fry it on high flame till it becomes golden brown
- Add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates
- Add garam masala, salt, turmeric and red chili to it and mix well
- Keep the flame sharp, add the chicken pieces in it and mix the pieces of chicken in the spices completely
- 1/2 cup of water add and let it boil
- Turn down the heat and let the chicken cook until it becomes soft
- Garnish with coriander and cream and serve
