    Chicken Masala Recipe / Chicken Gravy: This is a flavourful and chicken recipe. This is a great option for a dinner party, by which you can feed your family and friends. Apart from this, it can also be made on the occasion of Eid. Chicken masala is a very basic and simple recipe that you can easily make at home. You can also eat chicken masala with boiled rice, roti, naan or parantha.
  • Ingredients of Chicken Masala

  • 1 kg (grilled, sliced) chicken
  • 2 small spoonfuls (grated with garlic)
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • How to make Chicken Masala

  • Take the pan and Heat it and add cumin.
  • When it starts crackling, add onion mixture and fry it on high flame till it becomes golden brown
  • Add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates
  • Add garam masala, salt, turmeric and red chili to it and mix well
  • Keep the flame sharp, add the chicken pieces in it and mix the pieces of chicken in the spices completely
  • 1/2 cup of water add and let it boil
  • Turn down the heat and let the chicken cook until it becomes soft
  • Garnish with coriander and cream and serve
