Chicken Pulao | Pulao Recipe | Veg Pulao | Vegetable Pulao


Ingredients:

For Chicken Marinette -
500 grams chicken
300 grams basmati rice
250 grams curd
1 spoon ginger, garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp ghee
2 onions chopped
3-4 tbsp oil
salt to taste

For Chicken Masala **
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp fennel
1 spoon Shah Jeera
1 tsp black pepper
8-10 cloves
5 Green Cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 small nutmeg
1 bay leaves
1 little mace
1 inch cinnamon
1 star anis / chakri full

How To Prepare:


Wash basmati rice first and soak it in water for 30 minutes.

Now heat the oil in a pan and put the chopped onions and fry them till they turn golden! Then take them out in a plate!

Now wash the chicken thoroughly and put it in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, roasted onions, curd, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, ghee, coriander leaves and 1 tsp prepared chicken masala and mix well for 1 hour. Cover for
Now add oil and fry onions in a pan / cooker!
Now put marinated chicken in it and fry it on medium heat!
When roasted well, we will mix soaked rice and salt by adding it!
Now add water as per the need and cover it, and cook it till you come to 2 cities!
After that take it out in a plate and serve it hot!
