Easy Fish Pulao/Pilaf Recipe



Ingredients:
1: 300 grams of rice
2: Fish half a kilo
3: Ginger garlic paste one tablespoon
4: hot spices (crushed) a teaspoon
5: Turmeric a teaspoon
6: Salt to taste
7: Oil as required
8: Ghee half a kilo
9: Two onions
10: Hot spices (proven) as needed
11: Four to five green peppers
12: Ten to twelve curry leaves
13: White cumin a teaspoon
14: A teaspoon of black cumin
15: Tomatoes (small sliced) two pieces
How To Prepare:
1: First cut small pieces of fish
2: Then add ginger garlic paste, crushed hot spices and a little salt to make my net.
3: Now fry them in a little oil and set aside
4: Then heat ghee in a pan and add onion, hot hot spices, green chillies, curry leaves, white cumin and black cumin and fry for one to two minutes.
5: Then add one and a half glass of water to it
6: When the water is hot, add soaked rice
7: When the rice starts to rise, add tomatoes and fried fish, mix and let it simmer for eight to ten minutes.
8: When ready, remove from the heat and serve.
