Egg & potato Sandwich Recipe






Ingredients:


1: Two medium potatoes
2: Two eggs
3: Four to six slices of double bread
4: Salt to taste
5: Crushed pepper to taste
6: Four tablespoons of milk
7: Two green chillies
8: Two tablespoons green coriander
9: Two tablespoons of lemon juice
10: Cooking oil as required

How To Prepare:


1: Mash the boiled potatoes and add salt, pepper, finely chopped green chillies, coriander and lemon juice and mix well.
2: Beat the eggs and add salt, pepper and milk. Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan and dip one slice in the egg mixture to fry until golden.
3: Put potato mixture on one slice and press it with another egg slice.
