Egg Fried Rice | Easy Egg Fried Rice Recipe


Egg fried rice is a South Asian dish that is famous world-wide.There are many variations of this dish.
We can use meat, eggs, vegetables, in this recipe.
Egg fried rice is made from eggs with vegetables such as carrots, onions and capsicum. You can add any vegetable according to your taste and taste. This dish gets a different taste from the butter. You can garnish coriander leaves.


INGREDIENTS:
Rice: 1 1/2 cups
Water: 3 cups
Salt: salt to taste
Onion: 1
Green chili: 2
 Carrots: 1
Capsicum: ½
Coriander leaves: 1/4 cup + for garnishing
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Eggs: 3
Pepper: 1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons
Oil: 3 tablespoons
Garlic buds: 4 (chopped)
Ginger and garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Butter: 1 tablespoon

HOW TO PREPARE:

1. Put rice in a bowl and wash them.
2. Now pour the washed rice into the pressure cooker.
 3. Add  water 3 cups.
 4. Add a teaspoon salt and cover the lid.
5. Apply 2 whistles to it.
6. Until then take an onion and cut it up the middle.
7. Remove the skin and cut it in half.
 8. Remove the hard part if needed.
9. Now cut it into thin long strips.
10. Take green chili and cut it in half.
11. Now cut 2 pieces of it.
12. Take carrots remove the layer cut it into small pieces.
13. Take capsicum.
14. Now cut it from above and take out all the seeds from inside.
15. Use only half the capsicum and cut it into small pieces.
16. Take 1/4 cup coriander leaves and keep it finely chopped and keep aside.
17. Put a tablespoon butter in a hot saucepan and to melt it.
18. Break eggs one by one into the pan.
19. Add a teaspoon of both salt and the pepper.
20. Stir the eggs for 5 minutes, until they are cooked.
21. Do not burn eggs, so keep stirring continously.
22. Put it in a bowl and keep it aside.
23. Now use the same pan to maintain egg flavor.
24. Add oil to it and let it heat up.
25. Add chopped onion and separate the pieces.
26. Add chopped green chilies and chopped garlic.
27. Add one tablespoon ginger and garlic paste.
28. Now add chopped carrots and mix again.
29. Cook it for 2 minutes.
30. Add a teaspoon of salt with chopped capsicum and mix it.
31. Cook it for 2 minutes and then add cooked rice to it.
32. Mix again and add two teaspoon papper powder.
33. Add butter again.
34. Now add fried eggs and mix it.
35. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
36. Pour it into the bowl and serve hot.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly before use.
2. You can use any vegetable as  your choice.
3. You can also use Sheswan sauce or spring onion to give this dish a Chinese touch.
4. Remember, eggs must be fresh. Pouring butter into egg fried rice is your choice.
