Indian Chicken Curry Recipe | Chicken Curry | Jamaican Curry Chicken

                                            






Curry chicken are famous in Pakistan and india and don't take long to make. Today we are going to make tasty Curry chicken


Ingredients:
Flour: two tablespoons
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Chicken: 500g Boneless
Canola oil: two tablespoons
Curry powder: 1 tablespoon
Onions: 1 piece (sliced)
Garlic: 2 cloves (crushed)
Water: a cup
Raisin: a third of a cup
- Tomato Sauce: 1 and a half tablespoons
Green Coriander: quarter cup (chopped / for decoration)
Milk: quarter cup (for presentation)

How to prepare:
1. Mix the flour, salt, and hot mixture in a plastic bag and add chicken pieces to the bag until mixture is mixed.

2. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken until browned.

3. Add curry powder and stir until ingredients mix, then remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

4. Put the onions in the pan with garlic. Add a little oil if needed, then stir for two minutes.

5. Add the Water, raisins, tomato sauce, and stir.

6. Re-place the chicken on top of the mixture and leave it on fire until it boils and leave it on for 8 minutes until the sauce becomes thick.

7. Decorate the dish with coriander and serve alongside yogurt.
