Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe | Chicken Tikka Recipe (Tandoori Tikka Kabab)



  • Chicken Tikka are famous in Pakistan and india and don't take long to make. Today we are going to make tasty Chicken Tikka
  • Ingredients:

  • Garlic: 4 cloves (crushed)
  • Yogurt: half a cup
  • Coriander: 2 teaspoan
  • Ginger:1 teaspoon (fresh, grated)
  • Salt: 2 teaspoon
  • Saffron: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika/Red chili: 2 teaspoon
  • Cumin: 2 teaspoon
  • Tomato Sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Turmeric: half a teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil: a teaspoon (or mustard oil)
  • Chicken: chicken (skin removed, cut into medium or large cubes / 1 kg / weight, or cut into 4 pieces)
  • Vinegar: 3 tablespoons
  • Charcoal: 2 pieces (for smoking chicken)

  • How to prepare:

  • Wash the chicken well, then rub the vinegar, and set aside in a bowl.
  • Add to a bowl, garlic, milk, cardamom/Elachi, coriander, ginger, salt, saffron, paprika/red chili, cumin, tomato sauce, and turmeric, mixing these ingredients well. Then, pour this mixture over the chicken, cover the bowl. The container is kept in the fridge from an hour to a full day.
  • Transfer the chicken to a tray, and cook in the oven at 180 ° C for forty minutes (without covering the tray).
  • Put the two pieces of coal on the fire, until they turn into two coals. Then, the embers are carefully placed on a sheet of aluminum, and a little vegetable oil is poured over them, the paper is closed, and the chicken tray is covered, covered with an aluminum sheet, and cooked for an additional quarter of an hour in the oven.
