- Chicken karahi's are famous in Pakistan and don't take long to make. Today we are going to make tasty chicken karahi
Ingredients
- Chicken (little pieces) 500 gm
- Tomatoes generally 3
- Ginger finely cut 2 tbsp
- Garlic and ginger glue 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4-5
- New green coriander 1 bundle
- Squashed dry coriander 1 tsp
- Squashed cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Squashed red bean stew 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/4 cup
How to make chicken karahi
- Oil warm in a pan and include the garlic and ginger for few moments
- Include coriander and cumin, mix well
- Now include chicken, cook for 1-2 minutes
- Now Include green chilies (cut into half ) and new coriander and blend it well
- Now include 2 tomatoes, Salt to taste,1 teaspoan red pepper and 1 teaspoan turmeric powder
- Cook secured with top till the chicken is done, and the water has dried
- Topping with cut ginger,green chilies and coriander
- Serve hot with chappati or naan
