Ingredients:
Basmati rice: cup (washed)
Cold water: 2 cups
Salt: 1 teaspoon
How to prepare:
1. Add the rice in cold water for 20 minutes.
2. Strain the rice and put it in a non-stick saucepan with water and salt and leave to boil.
3. Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and leave it for 20 minutes for it to soften and dry its water.
4. Leave the rice covered for 10 minutes, then stir lightly with a fork and feet.
